FBAR exchange rates 2019-2025: the Treasury December 31 rates
For the FBAR, every foreign balance is converted at the Treasury Reporting Rate of Exchange for December 31 of the year reported. The euro was 0.851 per dollar on December 31, 2025 and the pound 0.743. The table lists 24 currencies for 2019-2025, read from the Treasury's Fiscal Data API on 2026-09-30.

How to use them
Convert the maximum account value of each account into US dollars at the Treasury's rate for the last day of the calendar year. The rate is the one for the last day of the year, whatever the date of the peak. Every other currency the Treasury lists, and a converter, are on the FBAR exchange rates page.
